Cancellation Policy

Mentoring Package Policy 1. Overview Our 6‑session coaching and mentoring package is designed to provide tailored guidance, strategic support, and expert advice to help clients develop their property investment knowledge and build a successful portfolio. All sessions are delivered online and scheduled in advance. 2. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation email with instructions to schedule their sessions. Sessions must be booked within the timeframe specified by NetSquare Property Co. 3. Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and clarity, the following cancellation terms apply: Cancellation BEFORE the first session Clients may cancel the full 6‑session package before their first session takes place. A full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellation AFTER the first session has occurred Once the first session has taken place, the package becomes non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused sessions. This policy protects the time, preparation, and resources invested by our coaching team. 4. Rescheduling Sessions Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be marked as “completed” and cannot be rescheduled. NetSquare Property Co reserves the right to offer alternative dates based on coach availability. 5. Expiry of Sessions All 6 sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiry period will be forfeited and are non‑refundable. 6. Conduct & Commitment To ensure a productive coaching experience: Clients are expected to attend sessions on time. Action steps and guidance must be followed to achieve the best results. NetSquare Property Co reserves the right to discontinue sessions if a client behaves inappropriately or breaches terms. 7. Service Limitations Coaching is designed to provide guidance and support; it does not guarantee financial results, property purchases, or investment outcomes. NetSquare Property Co is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken by the client outside the sessions 8. Acceptance of Terms By booking this coaching package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
